In the program we take the students through real-world scenarios, from personal branding, presentation skills, securing internships at Fortune 500 companies like Google, Facebook, PwC to networking and finding the right mentors who can help you get into the right places and opportunities to enhance your career path.

The Programme Breakdown
WEEK 1 - SELF DISCOVERY
The first week of our course will cover everything from career research and planning, talents and personal skill development and goal setting.
There will be be deep dive sessions on each individuals strengths and weaknesses, for organisation to analytical. We will cover top skills in the industry and help them improve in areas that they are either lacking or need assistance.
WEEK 2- PRODUCTIVITY & ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS
We go through all the key skills in which your child will need to acquire to leverage the extra edge during their university experience.
These skills will be everything from time management to negotiation skills, Aptitude testing, networking right and finally life skills needed to be highly motivated and aware of their surroundings.
WEEK 3 - DIGITISATION: TOOLS & RESOURCES FOR SUCCESS
We break down into experiential learning - this is the week your child will learn everything they need to know about finance and budgeting, housing and cooking, organizational skills.
Additionally, tools they would need to up-skill in the future of work Eg. MS Suite, Adobe suite, CRM tools and many more.
WEEK 4 - ACE THE UNIVERSITY LIFE
From building your child's personal brand, exam preparations, and strategy, finding internships, and volunteering.
CV structuring in order to secure summer internships as well as volunteering opportunities during their academic life. This will all be broken down into week 4.
WEEK 5 - CORE INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS
We break down into experiential learning - this is the week your child will learn everything they need to know about finance and budgeting, housing and cooking, organizational skills.

Zainab has 5 - 7 of experience in HR & Learning development. She has worked with companies like Deloitte, Wipro, IBM & more
Zainab landed her first job at the highly competitive Deloitte Consulting Graduate Scheme in London, UK, then progressed in her career as Principle Lead in Learning & Development at Wipro and IBM before founding Ojo with Kenan.
Kenan acquired his first Recruitment role at the renowned recruitment agency - Harvey Nash.
In which he recruited for the world's leading organizations such as the BBC, Facebook, and The Financial Times before becoming Head of Interim at Green Park Executive Search, London's leading executive search firm.
