About this Role

You will be required to contact potential customers, answer questions about services and/or the company, ask questions to understand customer requirements, direct prospects to the Business Development team, receive potential prospect details and enter and update customer information in the database. You will also need to conduct market/client research, generate leads/phone calls, comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support their mission and vision.

  • Up to 1 year of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is preferred

  • High School Diploma

  • Communication: Very good command of English and Arabic

  • Accountability and Ownership

  • Customer Focused

  • Attention to Detail

  • Self-Motivation

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
