About this Role
You will be required to handle a range of queries, order creation, pricing, order delivery and customer feedback and complaints, provide high-quality customer experience, resolve enquires and guide customers on products and services. You will also need to accurately record details of customer interactions on provided tools and software and provide support to product design team for testing of upgrades or new products.
Customer-oriented and friendly with a supportive presence on chat & phone
Ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
A “can do” attitude and sense of humor is a must
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to adhere to discipline and time management
