Detail-oriented, Multitasking, Auditing, Tax filing skills
About this Role
You will be required to close Monthly Balance sheets and Profit & Loss reporting, maintain general ledger and vouchers, conduct accounting, recording and posting financial transactions and assets & liabilities management. You will also need to manage the accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation, maintaining inventory records and proceeding with monthly inventory audits, posting and processing entries into the accounting software for transactions, FTA and VAT posting and filing, assist in VAT Filing (Quarterly), financial year cycle closing and reporting and preparing records for annual audit.
At least 1-year on-job experience
Currently residing in UAE
Competence in preparing balance sheet, profit&loss reports -month’s closing
Knowledge of financial year closing and Audit
Knowledge of VAT procedures and experience in TAX filing
Experience how to fully maintain private company’s accounts posting and reporting
Experience in the wholesale business field, supply chain or other business field related to moving inventory and goods
As well as experience with ‘Sage ERP’ or other ERP accounting software is a great advantage
1. Showcase your interest in Financial Accounting by talking in detail about any certifications or courses you may have undertaken.
2. If you have an internship experience for similar roles in Big 4 accounting firms, it can really strengthen your profile. If not, talk about any financial reporting internships you may have undertaken at other firms.
3. Mention familiarity with Microsoft Applications, ERP software, and other related softwares. Ensure you have a Software knowledge section in your CV to highlight your knowledge.
