About this Role
You will be required to provide support to HR Operations Specialist in the delivery of processes at the country level for the People Services Team (Employee Relations & Policies, Internal Controls & Compliance and Records and Document Management).
You will work closely with HR Operations in creating re-usable solutions, processes, or work product, and propose improvements.
Support the processing of general HR People Services related tasks.
HR processes and procedures knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good and clear communicator.
Application Tracking Systems look for keywords in the CV and Cover Letter of applicants. Here are some experiences you should talk about-
