About this Role
You will be required to update our internal ERP with Employee Information, gather payroll data like leave, working hours and bank accounts, support in Recruitment Activities such as sourcing & screen of applications, HR MIS & reporting and plan and execute On-Boarding activities for new joiners.
Fresher to 2 years of work experience
Graduation in Human Resources Management or similar field
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases would be an added advantage
1. If you have had any previous experience in HR at an international company, this should be the highlight of your CV.
2. Talk about subjects or projects you were a part of during your University that could complement job requirements.
3. Don't forget to highlight your technical skills & knowledge of different software.
