International Management

You will be required to conduct research as required by the International Leader to surface new ideas and support decision making:

• Analyze and understand the economic and business environment

• Conduct financial analysis to support the business requirement

• Create reports and presentations independently or by working with other members of the International Management office or third parties (including, but not limited to management consultants, investment banks, translation firms)

• Contribute key research insights to International Leaders presentations

• Take ownership of strategic and operational workstreams as and when required

You will also need to manage the International Leaders schedule

• Manage schedule: Aggregate meetings requests, triage and prioritize, and schedule accordingly

• Review materials provided by management (e.g. monthly operational/financial updates, board documents) for the International Leaders' review/approval and create summaries of the salient points

• Maintain a rhythm of meetings to support International Leaders' weekly/monthly interventions to review monthly performance, meet management etc.

• Enable recurring meetings to operate efficiently: Create agendas and circulate ahead of time, create meeting minutes and follow up on action points

• Ensure effective and timely communication between the International Leader and reporting management
