About this Role
You will be working directly on digitalization initiatives e.g. Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Mobile apps, and multiple other technologies. You will also work closely with IT support team to resolve and get hands on experience on everyday operational IT challenges. IT Support responds to, resolves, and escalates incoming application technical client support issues and requests submitted via Service Desk Tool Tickets, e-mail, or Phone with a focus on superior customer service.
University student, not yet Graduated
Good low-level coding skills and ability to learn new technologies.
Intimate knowledge of an organization’s computing systems
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills
