About this Role
You'll be required to schedule attendees, liaise with trainers, answer enquiries and collect feedback. You will also be required to meet stakeholders across the business to develop new solutions and work with both colleagues across MENA and Europe offices to understand what new opportunities exist for training which could benefit employees. Additionally, you will need to research new training opportunities, support the management of budget versus spend and ensure we get feedback from all participants.
Graduated within the last 2 years, and passionate about learning and development
Great attention to detail, communication skills, and a curiosity about how multinational businesses succeed through their people
Interest in seeking out learning opportunities for yourself
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tech savvy
Proficiency in English, with Arabic or French being a great advantage too
