About this Role

You will be required to provide support for all marketing administrative needs, develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills, support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, act as a bride between sales teams and marketing agencies for all creative jobs, like branding, printing, designing etc., assist with the creation of online & offline content and ppts as needed and all other marcom duties as assigned on project basis. You will also need to manage all marcom tool requests, storage and assignment, maintain and track all marcom expenses as approved by marcom leader, maintain distributor’s data and certificates etc., coordinate with Delixi - China central team for all marcom related needs and projects, manage market visits with sales teams for POS branding and requirements and manage basic graphic design work – videos and images.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Business

  • Understanding and appreciation for Marketing

  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exudes a confident, personable attitude coupled with an outgoing personality

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and social media

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

  • Technology savvy and a quick learner

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong Ability to conduct basic research, including one-on-one or group interviews.

  • A commitment to professional ethics and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team environment.

  • Punctuality and dependability
