About this Role
You will be required to support the marketing manager in organizing various projects, undertake daily administrative tasks such as gathering information, entry data, files organization, assist in the organizing of promotional events and campaigns and compose and post online content on the website and social media. You will also need to manage and execute video generation and edition, follow and improve marketing funnel, execute PR activities, and help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation. Additionally, you will be required to learn and work with various types of software for design and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience is preferred
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
1. Showcase your interest in Marketing by talking in detail about any certifications or courses you may have undertaken.
2. If you have an internship experience for similar roles in other competitor companies, it can really strengthen your profile. If not, talk about any projects you might have undertaken during your university in the same field. If you got an opportunity to work on different marketing software and methods during these internships, talk about it on your application.
3. If you have previous experience in running marketing campaigns or social media management, they should be the focus of your email, CV and cover letter.
