About this Role
You will be required to leverage insights from analytics data and understand fleet needs, behaviors and motivations and use that understanding to improve Customer experience on the platform. You will also need to understand Captain trends and behaviors to discover the best opportunities for growth.
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines
Good communication skills
Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and collaborate with teams
Ability to comb through large data sets to find actionable insights to drive business goals.
Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable
Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is a plus
1. Showcase your interest in the field of business analytics and customer relations. Talk in detail about any prior knowledge you may have about analytics and customer engagement strategies or certifications/courses you may have undertaken in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
