About this Role
You will be required to ensure effective coordination between technical team and client on daily basis, manage the administrative tasks in the certification process including receipt of the request, liaison with technical team/client and related data entry, ensure accurate and timely issuance of certificates, support finance department in invoicing and following up on payments, ensure effective and efficient coordination of the assigned operations/functions as per the laid-out policies, procedure, etc., comply with all internal IMS requirements applicable to the department, manage departmental administrative tools in an efficient and effective manner and manage customer relations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Management, Science or Engineering

Responsiveness to requests.
Fluency in English with excellent communication (written & oral) skills
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
