About this Role

You will be required to act as the point of contact with the shoppers and communicate project details or status adequately to all participants, brief shoppers on the guidelines of the project, prepare project proposals, time frames, and schedule, make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves, monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise, use project management tools to monitor the progress of the project and report and escalate issues faced to management as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Arabic speaking is an advantage

  • Fluent communication skills in written and verbal English

  • A team player who can collaborate effectively

  • Quality focus and eye for detail

  • Client-focused service experience

  • Multi-Tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
