About this Role

You will be required to support with daily activities and projects within the Purchasing department, maintain contacts between suppliers and internal business partners and participate in supplier meetings and taking meeting notes. Additionally, you will need to request and follow up on goods deliveries and quotations, source new suppliers, if needed, and ensure proper documentation of purchase orders.

  • Bachelors or master degree in business administration or equivalent

  • Fluent English, Arabic is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
