About this Role
You will be required to schedule interviews, coordinate schedules with applicants and interviewers, apply for insurance card for new hires, organize and complete new joiners files, create requisitions on Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), and share feedback with rejected candidates. You will also need to assist in the pipeline interviews for entry level roles, process background checks, coordinate visas for new employees, perform data entry to input and update applicant information and other administrative functions.
Bachelor's Degree- Preferably Professional HR affiliations
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality
A good Listener & Excellent communicator (written, verbal, comprehension)
Customer Service skills
Strong familiarity with job applicant systems such as ATS (Taleo), job boards, and social media.
MS office software – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Well organised and methodical
Have a keen sense of timing, patience and the ability to act quickly when required
Time management skills
