About this Role
You will be required to support in the implementation of business strategies, guidelines, and principles, conduct strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e. Market and competitors' analyses, M&A targets and Due diligence, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields), continuously coordinate the development and performs the controlling of subordinated business strategies, and the related business plans, budgets, and generates the respective reports and support strategic planning and evaluates strategic options of relevant unit. You will also need to coordinate Business development community in lead country by organizing regular meetings, facilitation of information sharing, development of common tools and methods, gather information, consolidating, and sharing them amongst assigned countries and divisions with respect to competitive intelligence based on own research and participation in external events, use of external data sources like MEED and BMI and plan (scheduling, agenda, participants) and preparation or review of content for management meetings on lead country and UAE level.
Requirements
You must currently be based in UAE and enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
Background in Electrical engineering/Process Engineering/Renewables/Sustainability studies would be preferred.
Excellent analytical, conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
