About this Role

During the program you will achieve the following goals:

  • 1 Functional roadmap based on your business area

  • 1 Retail Experience - First assignment is always learning the heart of Unilever’s business, working with their products at the point of sale

  • Formal and informal learning

  • Mentorship and exposure to senior leaders

  • Potential to reach manager-level upon successful performance during the program

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or any relevant major

  • Strong academic track record: well-standing GPA (or equivalent)

  • Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team

  • Passion for high and consistent performance

  • Constant curiosity for development and agility to learn, unlearn, relearn

  • Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights

  • Strong business acumen

  • A degree / program on Human Resources is a plus

  • Up to 2 years’ experience is appreciated

  • Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry is a plus
