About this Role
During the program you will achieve the following goals:

1 Retail Experience - First assignment is always learning the heart of Unilever’s business, working with their products at the point of sale

Potential to reach manager-level upon successful performance during the program
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or any relevant major
Strong academic track record: well-standing GPA (or equivalent)
Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Passion for high and consistent performance
Constant curiosity for development and agility to learn, unlearn, relearn
Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
Strong business acumen
A degree / program on Human Resources is a plus
Up to 2 years’ experience is appreciated
Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry is a plus
