About this Role
You will be required to provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis; prepare transaction related documents, pitch presentations and offers, performing valuations and financial modelling. You will also need to support the execution of varied and complex M&A/Corporate Finance transactions along with Transaction Services (Diligence) projects and support the generation of new business opportunities and business development initiatives.
About to or recently graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration, Economics or related
Prior professional experience in an M&A boutique, an international audit & advisory firm or a Corporate Finance/ Corporate Development division of a bank or a corporate is a plus
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic to pursue a relevant further qualification such as the CFA
Good communication and presentation skills
True team spirit, self-motivated, and willingness to learn
Pro-active, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
