About this Role
This is leadership opportunity to manage and coordinate the U.S. Pavilion’s Youth Ambassador team who are engaged as part of an international exchange program. Responsibilities include developing and delivering a comprehensive training program across all aspects of the visitor experience supported by a comprehensive compendium of standard operating procedures.
Exceptional communication skills

Experience in rostering, task assignment and performance management of dynamic teams in real-time is desired

3. Demonstrate that you are able to handle pressure and a high volume of tasks in a result-oriented environment. Supplement this with your experience as a part of Sports teams or University events. Don't forget to mention if you have any experience working with or leading a large team at university or previous job roles.
